• Unlimited meals, beverages included

• Tips/gratuities for housekeeping and waitstaff
• Transportation outside of what is listed above
• Additional excursions
• Travel insurance

The packages available are land only.  They do not include roundtrip airfare from the US, therefore flights are on your own.

We know it’s helpful to have some flexibility when traveling, so our packages to Cabo do not include airfare from the US.  This frees you up to use  points, miles, gift cards etc. with an airline that you would like to use towards your airfare to Cabo, or even a discount air carrier should you choose to rock that way.

Trip Insurance

Trip insurance for this package is offered to protect your vacation investment. It reimburses nonrefundable payments if you must cancel your trip prior to traveling.  Without trip insurance, you will not receive any reimbursement if you need to cancel.  Please note, if you have a roommate and need to cancel, your roommate is responsible for increases in package pricing should your no longer be able to attend the trip.  Our preferred trip insurance vendor is TravelGuard.  If you are interested in purchasing, please click the TravelGuard Link at the bottom of this page to get a quote and purchase your insurance policy.  Please note — depending on the state you live in there are different packages offered.  You will need to select a package that allows “cancel for any reason” if you would like to be able to have some form of reimbursement for any cancellations outside of covered reasons.

Important Information

You will need to have a passport to travel to Cabo, and it must be valid for six months after you return from the trip.  If your passport is due to expire before December 16, 2020, you will need to renew it before traveling. Failure to do so may prevent you from traveling or entering back into the States — neither is a good look!

Let’s Talk Reservations & Payments

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.  The deposit per traveler is a non-refundable payment of $175/person.

All of your payments towards this trip are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Reservations must be made with your full government name and birth dates as they appear on your passport.  Any changes to the information provided will result in a change fee per passenger of $50.

Prices are subject to change without notice. A deposit is the only way to lock in rates.

If you are electing to room with someone (double occupancy), both of you must pay your initial deposits at the same time in order for the rates and reservation to be guaranteed.  If one of the roommates is no longer able to attend, the remaining traveler is responsible for covering the entire portion of the room, taxes and fees that was left unpaid by roommate, or that is due once second roommate is cancelled and the room turns to single occupancy.

Payment Schedules

After the deposit is paid, your remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly payments.  Please note, any reservations that fall behind by two months are subject to cancellation.  Final payments are due April 14, 2020 – no exceptions.
