Vacation packages have the following inclusions:

• Roundtrip shared transfers from Barbados Airport (BGI) airport to hotel
• 4 nights at the Sandals Royal Barbados in a South Seas Club Level Junior Palm Suite  OR South Seas Crystal Lagoon Club Level Junior Palm Suite w/Balcony
  • Note only King beds are available at the resort
• Catamaran boat cruise
• Travel insurance, which allows you to cancel your trip for any reason and receive 50% reimbursement (less the cost of insurance) via TravelGuard insurance company; 100% reimbursement for a covered reason.

What’s not included:

• Tips/gratuities for housekeeping and waitstaff
• Transportation outside of what is listed above
• Additional excursions or spa services and associated tips

Trip Insurance

Trip insurance for this package is included to protect your vacation investment. If you need to cancel for a covered reason (i.e. illness and doctor deems you unable to travel, death, weather in destination prevents travel) then you will receive a refund less the cost of insurance and $149/person cancellation fee.  If you need to cancel your trip for an uncovered reason then you will receive up to a 50% refund less the cost of insurance and $149/person fee to initiate cancellation.

Please note — if in a double occupancy room and your roommate cancels, you are responsible for the going single occupancy rate.  Trip insurance will also help to refund some of the additional cost that may be incurred from the change in room rates.

Important Information

You will need to have a passport to travel to Barbados, and it must be valid for six months after you return from the trip.  If your passport is due to expire before November 18, 2022, you will need to renew it before traveling. Failure to do so may prevent you from traveling or entering back into the States — neither is a good look!

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

• Deposit: $400 per person due by 11/15/2020
• Payment 2: $500 per person by 2/15/2021
• Payment 3: $500 per person by 6/15/2021
• Payment 4: $500 per person by 10/15/2021
• Payment 5: Balance due by 2/15/2022

Reservations must be made with your full government name and birth dates as they appear on your passport.  Any changes to the information provided will result in a change fee per passenger of $25.

If you are electing to room with someone (double occupancy), both of you must pay your initial deposits at the same time in order for reservation to be guaranteed.  If one of the roommates is no longer able to attend, the remaining traveler will be changed to the single occupancy rate.
