Travel insurance will reimburse you for your package at 100% (less the cost of insurance) should you need to cancel your trip at least 48 hours prior to traveling.
Please note: if in a roommate situation, and a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler(s) will be impacted with an increase in the room rate. The amount is determined at the time of adjusting the reservation.
Passports must be valid through December 15, 2021 to be able to travel. Passports you are traveling on must reflect the name used on your reservations. If you need a passport or need to renew, DO NOT WAIT. As of August 29, 2020 there is roughly a 3 month delay on passports.

Additionally, it should be noted that border entry requirements continue to evolve for Jamaica. As of August 29, 2020 Jamaica is requiring that all visitors enter with a travel authorization. This situation may continue to evolve before June. However, it is important to note that you must be COVID free and have negative COVID test results at the time of travel. A full deposit must be placed on your reservation to guarantee rates and space. Prices are subject to change until a deposit from you (and your roommate if applicable) are made on the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be assessed a $149/person cancellation fee to start the process.
A refund will be processed per the terms above after remitting $149/person cancellation fee. Refunds take 90 – 120 days for processing and will be issued to you via an agency check. If you need to cancel your trip, all cancellations must be done in email to [email protected].
Change Policy
All changes will be assessed a $50/person change fee to change any component after the trip is booked, plus the cost of the change as dictated by the resort/airline partner. Changes include, but aren’t limited to, changing dates, room type, roommates, etc with your reservation.
