Payment Schedule
- Deposit: $100pp (+ insurance if elected) by May 6
- Payment 2: $150pp by Jun 1
- Payment 3: $150pp by Jul 1
- Payment 4: $150pp by Aug 1
- Payment 2: $150pp by Sep 1
- Payment 3: $150pp by Oct 1
- Payment 4: $150pp by Nov 1
- Final Payment due January 31, 2020
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be assessed a $50/person cancellation fee to start the process.
If you have travel insurance, a refund will be processed per the terms above after remitting $50/person cancellation fee. If travel insurance is not elected, all payments made to date at time of cancellation are non-refundable.
Change Policy
All changes will be assessed a $50/person change fee to change any component after the trip is booked, plus the cost of the change as dictated by the hotel partner. Changes include, but aren’t limited to, changing dates, room type, roommates, etc with your reservation.
Also – please note, once deposits are made, you are locked in with roommates. If you would like to get a “new roommate” you will need to cancel the existing reservation (and forego funds paid if insurance hasn’t been purchased) and start over with a new reservation.
