The 2020 Dubai Holiday Experience is going to be one for the memory books! We are staying at a fabulous hotel in a prime location, in the Emirates’ most famous city, and have planned an itinerary that will give you equal parts of culture & chill for you during the holiday season!
It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance, so that there is some measure of coverage in the event an unfortunate incident happens to you where you need medical assistance, or an incident arises pre-travel that prohibits you from taking the trip.
Our preferred insurance vendor is Travel Guard. Once you sign up for this travel experience, you will receive information on travel insurance plans, so that you can customize what works for you and your situation. There are packages that you can add “cancel for any reason” waivers onto, provided they are purchased within 14 days of making your trip deposit. This additional coverage gives you peace of mind as you are able to receive 50% – 75% of your funds paid (less the cost of the insurance) should you need to cancel your trip outside of the covered reasons.
Cultured Vacations does not handle the process of purchasing your insurance — we just share the information and instructions and you’ll go online yourself to manage.
Passports must be valid through July 1, 2021 to be able to travel.
This trip is $2500/person, based on 2 people per room; $3300/person based on 1 person per room.
Payment Schedule
Please be aware, it is required that you make a payment every month to keep your trip in good standing. Accounts that are more than 3 months delayed will be in threat of cancellation. Please be advised we will not accept a deposit payment and remainder due at final payment October 3, 2020.
Change Policy
All changes will be assessed a $200/reservation change fee to change any component after the trip is booked.
Also – please note, once deposits are made, you are locked in with roommates. If you would like to get a “new roommate” you will need to cancel the existing reservation (and forego funds paid if insurance hasn’t been purchased) and start over with a new reservation.
