Vacation Packages have the following inclusions:

• Roundtrip airfare from your home airport – if you select packages with air
• Roundtrip shared transfers from Cabo San Lucas (SJD) airport to hotel
• 3 nights at the Le Blanc Spa Resort Cabo in an Ocean View room, 1 King or 2 Double beds by request
• Unlimited meals, beverages included
• Complimentary water sports
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Sea of Cortez Boat Cruise

What’s Not Included:

• Tips/gratuities for housekeeping and waitstaff
• Transportation outside of what is listed above
• Additional excursions

There are 2 packages: one with airfare from the US and one that is land only

We know it’s helpful to have some flexibility when traveling, so we have offered two package types.  If you would prefer to pay on one trip, then the choice with airfare from the US is for you.  We are offering packages with flights so that allows you to lock in the pricing with one low deposit.

If you have points, miles, gift cards etc. with an airline that you would like to use towards your airfare to Cabo, then the land only option is for you.  Once you select your package, you are not able to switch to another package (i.e. if you select land only at deposit, you cannot change to a package with flights included).

Trip Insurance

Trip insurance for this package is offered to protect your vacation investment. It reimburses nonrefundable payments if you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to an illness, injury, or death.  If you choose to add trip insurance onto your package, it’s an additional $99 – $199 per person (based on number of travelers and total cost of trip) and it must be paid at the time of deposit.  All travelers on the reservation must either elect or decline the insurance.  Without trip insurance, you are responsible for any increases in package pricing should your roommate no longer be able to attend the trip.

Important Information

You will need to have a passport to travel to Cabo, and it must be valid for six months after you return from the trip.  If your passport is due to expire before May 7, 2019, you will need to renew it before traveling. Failure to do so may prevent you from traveling or entering back into the States — neither is a good look!

Let’s Talk Reservations & Payments

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.  The deposit per traveler is a non-refundable payment of $250/person if flights are included; $125/person if flights aren’t included.

All of your payments towards this trip are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Reservations must be made with your full government name and birth dates as they appear on your passport.  Any changes to the information provided will result in a change fee per passenger of at least $200.

We will accept seat requests for packages that include flights, however, they will not be guaranteed as seat assignments are at the discretion of airlines.

Prices are subject to change without notice. A deposit is the only way to lock in rates.  Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.

If you are electing to room with someone (double occupancy), both of you must pay your initial deposits at the same time in order for the rates and reservation to be guaranteed.  If one of the roommates is no longer able to attend, the remaining traveler is responsible for covering the entire portion of the room, taxes and fees that was left unpaid by roommate, or that is due once second roommate is cancelled and the room turns to single occupancy.

Payment Schedules

Cultured Vacations accepts reservations and payments according to two schedules:

• Payment in full at the time of booking
• Payments over time with final payments due August 15, 2018

Payment in Full

You may pay in full at the time of booking. No future payments will be needed, unless you later modify your reservations.

Payment Plan

You may choose to make payments over time!  After deposit, you may choose to make up to 8 payments whenever you’d like so that the trip fits easily into your budget!  Simply email Jenn when you’d like to make another payment and she will process your request within 2 Cultured Vacations business days.<

• August 15, 2018 – Final Payment Due

When you (and your roommate) are ready to make your deposits, please send an email to [email protected] with both travelers on copy. If you’d like to have flights included in your package, Jenn will provide up to two complimentary package quotes per reservation with flights included. That package quote with flights will be valid for 24 hours. There will be a $20 quote fee assessed for each additional quote request after the complimentary quotes have been provided per traveler.

Suggested Payment Plan

Deposit: December 15, 2017

Payment #2: 1/3 of balance on March 15, 2018

Payment #3: 1/3 of balance on June 1, 2018

Payment #4: 1/3 balance on August 15, 2018
